Only recreational or hobby drones could be flown at night (unless done with an industrial drone pilot who is working under Part 107 with a waiver) however they must remain within the visual field of sight of the operator.  This is difficult to do in the darkened depending upon where you are.  They do have a light but it’s quite small and difficult to see depending upon the environment.
